LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT…

‘In the eyes of those who seek fault, no good you do is sincere, and any bad you do reflects who you “really” are.’

The mistakes you make are yours to bear

‘if i had known’ you keep on saying always in fear

less sure of everything always in doubt

‘i can’t keep on living like this’ you want to shout

LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT…

You try to look ahead but it makes no sense

The future looks bleak full of suspense

The dots just never seem to connect

you’re tired of living a life full of pretext

LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT…

You start afresh against all odds

Your friends and family just can’t understand

They look at you their eyes full of tears

Afraid of what lies ahead

You see yourself as sport but they think you’re hurt

LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT…

You look right and left looking for support

Can’t you understand, you’re are one of a kind

You only need to search for what is within

Only then will the fairytale begin.

LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT…

There are times when you feel like giving up, when nothing seems to make sense. You feel dejected, you feel alone, there seems to be no hope cause those you hold close to your heart are finding it hard to understand you. You start seeing yourself as a failure having that idea that everything you touch turns to stone, break yourself away from this reverie and stand firm cause you have one life to live and you had better live it right.

so LIVE YOUR LIFE BUT LIVE IT RIGHT

ps: The sport used above means”someone who behaves or reacts in an admirable manner”
